Things point to it being Daniel’s time to take over the helm completely this fall. The 6’4″ 215 lbs 2028 QB has an elite frame and was able to earn roughly half the production from the Westosha Central QB position in 2025. With the graduation of his counterpart the job should belong to Daniel this fall. In 2025 he produced 439 passing yards and 3 TDs. Marks that he can definitely double up on with a full season under his belt.

Looking back at the 2025 tape it is clear the big fella can sling the ball around the field. When he can be in rhythm Daniel was accurate and able to deliver the ball to every level of the football field. The ’28 QB showed he could move around the pocket and reset to get the ball out accurately. This season I will be looking for him to show that he has continued to progress with his technique and see everything flowing more smoothly. If everything starts to come together we could see a massive leap from the 2028 QB.

Daniel is an impressive QB prospect. He has a rare frame for a sophomore QB at 6’4″ 215 lbs. The big man was able to earn varsity experience as a sophomore, but it showed a very raw passer. One who has solid tools, but needs time to bring everything together to work as one and allow him to have that consistent accuracy. This summer will be a great chance for him to show off that he has put in work this offseason to take that next step in his development to help his footwork and accuracy. The size and arm strength is there. If he can learn to control it then we will see him steadily climb that QB position rankings. Keep an eye on him.
