Dan Adefolarin is an animal coming off the edge for Neumann Goretti. The 6’3 | 240 lb 2025 prospect is a violent football player. His tape is one of my favorites to watch. Adefolarin’s recruitment has been picking up this spring! He has taken multiple visits and received multiple offers recently!
Spring Visits: Princeton, Penn State, Navy, and Lafayette
Spring Offers: Navy, Lafayette
Dan now has a total of 8 Division 1 offers and I only expect that number to rise. The other programs Adefolarin is offered by are UNLV, Temple, Princeton, UPenn, Army, and Cornell. He will also compete in the Under Armour Camp next month! Keep an eye on this prospect as he goes into his senior campaign next season!

Pressure after pressure, TFL and TFL. It’s hard to not bring up Adefolarin’s name and not scratch my head at his recruitment right about now. I’ll leave my grumbles on that for another piece. In this piece, I wanted to shed light on just how good Adefolarin was against Bonner back in October. One of the best pure pass-rushers in the state, Adefolarin was back to his usual ways making life difficult for the young passer behind center. This game was tight, both defenses played phenomenally, yet my hat goes out to Adefolarin who could have easily recorded 3+ sacks. The junior defender did what he could in run support, but was often too much to handle early in reps when Bonner attempted to throw the football. I could have picked 3-4 Saints to highlight here, that’s how good the front-seven played. I could have even shown love to some Friar defenders too. Was a fun game to attend.

- Still looked at as a potential national prospect from my perspective despite his fluctuating rank and recruiting momentum.
- Taking a look at Adefolarin’s mid-season tape, I’m glad to see responsibilities and production haven’t started far from what I’ve become accustomed to throughout the years. The athlete along the defensive front, this is where Neumann-Goretti’s front-seven gets its energy from. A real bender off the edge, one that can rush the passer with his hand on or off the dirt. OLB suites his skill set better than DE, as Adefolarin proves to be comfortable in space.
- A brilliant football player, one of the more disciplined prospects up front, doesn’t always scream off the edge, doesn’t always fall for misdirections, It’s the reason Adefolarin can be looked at as an equally effective run-stopper. The seniors deployed beside Adeforlarin provide mass and power, the junior provides some juice that opposing OCs must account for.

has been on radar for some time. He’s attended our camps, I’ve seen him ball since he was at Cardinal O’Hara. He placed into the top 25 early on, in hopes he could develop into the monster pass rusher he’s become today at Neumann-Goretti. Believe it or not, the offers don’t match up. We are still waiting for the surge of offers to flood in. Adefolarin matches the desirable build that FBS teams covet. His tape is arguably better, at the very least comparable to those with 15+ Power Five offers above him. Adefolarin is hitting his stride from a prospect perspective, it’s only a matter of time before the premier programs on the East Coast call this kid’s number. Adefolarin cracks the top ten for the first time, a rank that projects where he could stand two years from now.
