McDaniel committed to North Carolina Central back on July 3rd. Daniel was a key contributor as a wide receiver and cornerback for Maury last season. I respect his wide receiver skills, but I love his ability to make plays on the ball as a cornerback. There are pass-breakups and interceptions, along with forced fumbles, that show he is a difference-maker on the defensive side of the ball.
