Moore is probably a darkhorse candidate but certainly deserves to be considered. He had a few Division I offers before deciding to commit to Villanova on June 29th, 2026. Moore led the MD/DC area with nine interceptions, three pick-6’s, and nine pass breakups. Production like that certainly deserves recognition in this poll.

Moore currently holds offers from Morgan State and Delaware State, and he’s trending upward as evaluators get more exposure to his game. A true ball magnet in the secondary, Moore consistently finds ways to create turnovers, highlighted by his instincts in coverage and even a special teams score after taking a punt return to the house.

Moore brings ideal size at cornerback, allowing him to match up with bigger receivers on the outside while still showing the fluidity to stay in phase. In coverage, he shows strong discipline and awareness, keeping his eyes in the right place in zone while reading the quarterback and breaking on the football. As he continues to add exposure and film, expect Moore to see his offer list grow.
