Eight-man football prospects are prospects too and Empire junior linebacker Cutter Rochell Cutter Rochell Cutter Rochell 6'2" | 210 lbs | LB/EDGE Empire | 2026 State OK is one of the top linebackers in all of eight-man football. You can now make the case that he’s one of the top linebackers in the state’s junior class. Rochell is debuting in the rankings in the top 50 and as the number four linebacker prospect. His production so far this season is absolutely off the charts. And the truth is you can’t lean on that alone when looking at an eight-man prospect but you throw on the film and you see a long and athletic linebacker that tracks the ball at a high level and gets there in a hurry. Rochell has also stood out to us in various 7v7 tournaments in the past and he definitely belongs as one of the top 2026 linebackers.

Empire 2026 linebacker Cutter Rochell Cutter Rochell Cutter Rochell 6'2" | 210 lbs | LB/EDGE Empire | 2026 State OK was the other linebacker on this breakdown that we didn’t know much about but he caught our eye at several points during the camp. First off, Rochell is long and he used that length to his advantage during the competition portion of camp. We got to watch multiple reps for the running backs and linebackers and it felt like every time Rochell stepped out there on the field, he was making a play on the ball. Each time we watched him take a rep, he impressed us and this small town product is going to be a name to watch moving forward. There’s a lot to like in his game and as he continues to improve, his stock will go up.
