The senior, who goes by “Nino” has proved why he has 4 D1 offers. He has an eye-popping 15 receiving TDs on the year, with 4 multi-TD games on the season. He is clearly the go-to option for Benitez and will have every opportunity to take over the game against Helix. Sure handed and fluid in space, Miller-Thompson should get plenty of targets as well as draw double teams that will open up opportunities for his teammates.

Miller-Thompson is one of the better and more dynamic playmakers across San Diego and should have a monster senior season for Granite Hills. He’s explosive off the ball, can create separation downfield and has elite tracking abilities and ball skills in traffic. He shows he can get into defenders blind spots before breaking off routes and can make tacklers miss in space with short area agility and a open field burst. He can play in the slot or on the outside and is a mismatch nightmare anywhere on the field and has a very diverse skill set and should fit well at the FCS/FBS plus level in college.

Thompson caught 60 passes for 921 yards with 10 touchdowns for Lincoln last season and has since transferred to Granite Hills.

He is the one of the higher-rated receiver recruits in San Diego and he has offers from Arizona, Utah State, Delaware State and Georgia State among others.
