Cordel Epale Cordel Epale 6'3" | 180 lbs | DB Phillips Exeter NH. | 2024 State New E is a name not many are familiar with at the moment, but you better start to. Epale is coming off a monster year at Phillips Exeter Academy in New Hampshire. The 6’3, 185-pound Athlete plays both sides of the ball but will definitely be a CB1 at the next level. I had the chance to speak to one of his former coaches and he described Epale as “Glue. He’s glue all over the field. He leaves little separation between him and defenders, and is just one of those guys you can trust to leave on an island all game against the other teams top guy.” The high praise is deserved as everything Epale displays on film is exactly that. With a high motor to find the ball, Epale rarely is left in a position searching for the ball once it’s thrown. In coverage Epale is one of the countries best, I would like to see him become a more violent tackler. As a shutdown cornerback though, he’s one of Canada’s biggest stock risers.
