Cooper was signed up on the other side of the ball, but yet impressively came away as one of our top performers amongst the wide receiver group at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in Aberdeen. He was one of the first wide receivers to catch my attention, as I liked how agile he was with his change of direction for his size as it was evident in watching him as a route-runner that he could seperate from the defensive backs. I had him orginally graded as a running back, but as you can tell that Cooper has a plethora of position flexibility on both sides of the ball as one that I could see as a slot-receiver as his best fit. He also was third out the 120+ athletes in the pro shuttle with a 4.37.
