Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
One of the more underrated 2026 running backs in the state, Bazarsky is a dependable, productive back who is one of the state’s leading rushers through the first several weeks of the season. The Kennesaw native is a small-school back who has run for 921 yards and 12 touchdowns through his first five games, averaging 6.4 yards a carry. He’s rushed for at least 120 yards in every game and has rushed for a touchdown in every game as well. He’s put the offense on his back and may continue to do so through the rest of the season. Look for this sleeper back to rise in the next Prep Redzone update.

One of the most productive backs all across Georgia, Bazarsky is a private-school back who has been running wild to start the 2025 season. An athletic back with good footwork, toughness, speed, and versatility, Bazarsky shined in week one against Providence Christian where he ran for 211 yards and two touchdowns. He was just as impressive in week two, rushing for 261 yards and five touchdowns, giving him one of the best rushing performances of any back across the state. He also added 50 receiving yards and 25 return yards. He’s on his way to a historic season and will hope to lead the Eagles to a deep playoff run this fall. He’s a do-it-all back who should continue lighting up the stat sheet over the next two months.
