did. After the conclusion of his freshman season, Long returned home to play for his Old Bridge Knights. What makes Long unique is something that you cannot teach: size. Now at approximately 6’8″ and 340lbs, Long has racked up offers from Syracuse, Toledo, and Rhode Island thus far.

- Very young, very raw; blessed with tremendous God-gifted size
- Great upper body strength, able to throw people around
- Due to size he can seal backside hinge blocks with ease
- Utilizes overtop chop to use defenders’ leverage against them, pins them down when doing so
- Needs to clean up technical aspects of his footwork

, towering at an impressive 6’7” and weighing a formidable 330 pounds, claims the superlative for “Most Likely to Pancake You” with his aggressive and tenacious play on the offensive line. Long’s tape showcases not only his size and strength but also his relentless pursuit to finish blocks with authority, often leaving opponents on the ground as a testament to his dominance. While Long currently excels at left tackle, there’s speculation about his long-term position, with indications pointing toward the defensive side due to his innate abilities. Nevertheless, his penchant for pancaking opponents underscores his impact on the offensive line, making him a force to be reckoned with in the trenches.

Any coach in America would take a 6-foot-7, 330-pound freshman–but it’s Bergen Catholic who got this big fella. Long, a fitting enough last name, is absolutely huge in every aspect of the word. Moves decently for his size and age too–he plays some defensive end, too. Barring injuries or anything off the field that would prohibit him from playing, Long should be able to write his own ticket to the next level of football if he continues on his current path.

Now although Pennisi’s event was supposed to showcase only high school prospects, there was one offensive line prodigy in attendance who might have, given his size, surprisingly slipped past the goalie.

is a rising-8th grader in the class of 2027 who measures at 6’7″ 320lbs. Long intends to play for Bergen Catholic in the fall. He was very raw but certainly moldable. He took each rep as an opportunity to receive feedback that he later applied. Long is vastly bigger and stronger than many of the 2025 and 2026 graduates he competed against, which he relied on to win many of his matchups. To compete for varsity burn immediately I would love to see Long’s feet get quicker.

A 6-foot-6, 295-pounder from New Jersey that sticks out the moment you see him on the football field. Was one of the major reasons Old Bridge finished the season undefeated.

was hiding in plain sight during the regular season. Was figuratively and literally an enormous reason for the success of the Old Bridge Rebels this past season, as the team finished 10-0 and won the New Jersey Suburban Youth Football League championship. There’s not much to say that isn’t obvious from looking at him. Absolutely massive eighth-grade athlete, that should become one of the highest recruited kids in New Jersey in the class of 2027. He has the length, weight and frame to become elite. As always with the big guys this young, cleaning up footwork and staying healthy will prove to be vital. In addition to continuing to sharpen the fundamentals that everyone will have at the next level, not just having success from being the biggest kid on the field. Remember this name — I think he’s the future of the Offensive Line position in New Jersey.
