I have written about Connor before, and I thought it was definitely the right thing to get him on board in our latest rankings update here. When you look at Connor’s film, he’s definitely an interior run-stopping defensive tackle first and foremost. Connor shows the ability to split double teams and get immediate penetration in the backfield. As he continues to grow and get stronger, I would love to see that run stopping ability translate into pushing the pocket in the passing game and affecting the quarterback.
