Above all else there are two things to look for in a young IOL prospect, toughness, and power. Saluda Trails checks both boxes in spades.

Technique is a skill that comes with time, however Watson is well above his peers in that regard. But his best ability is just how mean he is as a blocker, able to move up in the run game and block at the second level, and stand his ground firmly in pass pro.

Started the second practice at Right Offensive Guard before making the move to Center because of his ability to snap the ball. Another player that is a plus when it comes to size, his versatility proved to be a big factor in practice today. With the unpredictability of an All-Star game, it could pay off big time later this week too.
