Connor Danko is a classic pocket quarterback. He missed most of last season because of injuries. He is excellent at sitting in the pocket and delivering the ball. He has a strong arm and knows how to throw the ball on time. The other part of his game is his mechanics and footwork, which are excellent. He is also a machine in the pocket, with the way he throws the ball. He reads defenses well and throws a ball promptly. Danko has a chance to be a stock riser and move up the list because he is that talented. I expect a big Senior season from him.

Connor Danko is a gunslinger at quarterback. His ability to make plays all over the field from the quarterback position is special. When he is in the pocket, he shows good mechanics and footwork. He is also a machine in the pocket. His ability to read through the defense and make the right read is impressive. Then, when the play breaks down, he shows a good ability to slide inside and outside the pocket to make a play. His ability to make plays from the quarterback position is excellent. He also has the skills to improve going into next year.

Was on our watch list for some time because I was intrigued by his measurables as a freshman. Currently stands at 6’3, 175 pounds. Plays at West Branch HS in Morrisdale, PA. Started as a freshman, his sophomore tape caught my eye, enough to land on our ranks. Has apparently dabbled with the DE position, also plays basketball for West Branch. Ranked inside the Top 250, a great debut. Places as a name I would share with PSAC schools in the future, so long as he continues to develop positively. Plenty of time to raise or lower that bar. Will provide a breakdown of his tape at a later date.
