Ison started last year and was impressive from the jump. He’s a good athlete in space, can come down and tackle, and really stands out in coverage. He can play man or zone without any drop-off and has the speed to stick with receivers on the outside. He finished with 63 tackles in his first year, showing he’s not afraid to get involved and clean things up. I like how comfortable he looks moving around, and think he’s got all the tools to keep climbing.
