Ord is always good for a tough interior offensive/defensive lineman and next season Colt Meyer Colt Meyer 5'11" | 225 lbs | DL Ord | 2026 State NE looks to be the next man up. Colt had a solid season in the trenches during his junior year with 55 tackles and six TFLs, while proving to be a handful for opposing offensive linemen. Colt plays on both sides of the line, but really impressed me on tape with his defensive skillset. He displayed versatility with the potential to play anywhere from the 1 to 4 techniques. Meyer isn’t the biggest guy on the line, but he does play with solid power when firing off the ball and does a great job winning the leverage battle over his opponents. Meyer defends the run very well, using his excellent ability to track and flow to the ball when in pursuit. Big year coming for Colt and the Chanticleers!
