Expert Analysis
Tyler Stevens | Prep Redzone Scout
Griggs is an athletic freak. He sticks well on his guys and has great recovery skill when space is given up. He made several plays on the ball that wowed the audience and is someone who can make some odd catches to secure interceptions. Griggs was one of the best defensive backs during the weekend.

! Standing at 5’10” and weighing in at 158 lbs, this athlete hails from Tolman High School and has already made waves with an impressive offer from Georgia State, he announced on July 9, 2024, via his Twitter.
In his highlight reel, Griggs showcases good instincts as a free safety. He’s quick to come up for run support, delivering strikes on tackles that will leave an impression! His natural reactive skills allow him to challenge opponents for jump balls, displaying a fierce competitive spirit. But that’s not all—on the offensive side, Griggs shines as a fluid ball carrier, demonstrating the ability to make sharp cuts and leave defenders grasping at air. His versatility is further emphasized by clips of him in a running back role.
While we’d love to see more footage of his catching abilities, there’s no denying he’s a prospect to watch. To truly assess his potential at the next level, we anticipate that testing results from college camps and combine drills will play a pivotal role in shaping his recruitment trajectory. This rising prospect is one to keep your eye on! Check out his highlight film here: Highlight Film.

is no stranger to the youth All-Star scene for obvious reasons. He outruns second to third level defenders and is always a threat to hit the homerun. Coaches love an athlete who can make the first guy miss. Well Collin usually makes the first two miss then maniples the rest from there. He is a lean baller with elite return skills as well. I can see him being used in multiple sets next year to create miss matches in space. Bags include Purdue, Marshall and Nicholls State!
