Cole is a Michigan commit and was recently selected to PrepRedzone’s 2023 First Team Preseason All-State Squad. Sullivan has the frame, heart, ability, and experience it takes to be a blue-chip prospect. He’s a hard hitter who plays from sideline to sideline. He’s talented at reading and reacting, triggering fast to assist in run support. He’s an intimidating blitzer that’s hard to block in all facets. He showcases great hips, zone dropping, and has the ability to make plays on the ball. Sullivan is one of the most consistent big-time performers in the state of Pennsylvania.

Cole Sullivan Cole Sullivan 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2024 State PA is one of the higher risers on this list. We were far too low on Sillivan’s game. After rewatching tape and attempting to see what Michigan sees in him, I concur on two things. One is that his rank needs to be inside the top 25. Two, that Cole Sullivan Cole Sullivan 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2024 State PA is squarely in the top senior linebacker conversation. Depending on how the teammates play this upcoming Fall, you could expect to see Cole Sullivan Cole Sullivan 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2024 State PA leapfrog every linebacker in his class in what would be an unprecedented jump. I’m sure the teammates hardly care about who outplays the other, so long as the team is winning ball games. That being said, I figure the two will make it known via tape which one deserves to be above the other. I would love to see the pair in action this Fall.

Sullivan currently has one offer from Kent State, but I’m willing to bet that number rises soon. The D1 prospect has prototypical size & strength at the OLB position for the FBS level. He is a great athlete that is also an explosive hitter. Cole is strong enough to manhandle blocking WRs or athletic enough to beat them with speed. His zone drops are above average & he triggers fast coming up to tackle. The 2024 OLB is a sure open field tackler & is very instinctual. He has a great motor and often pursues plays sideline to sideline. Sullivan will be very valuable on special teams on the next level as well.

Speaking of position versatility. Enter Cole Sullivan Cole Sullivan 6'3" | 210 lbs | LB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2024 State PA , who I would trust to man pretty much every and any position on the football field. I’m 75% percent serious. Line this kid up at QB, where he got reps as a sophomore, and watch him run through kids like it’s a joke. Line him up anywhere in the secondary, safety, slot corner, watch him impact the game. Line him up at tight end or edge rusher, he’s twitchy at 6’3, 200 pounds. Put him at wideout, I would bet he has the hands to make an impact. I see a potential top 30 prospect in Sullivan, I’m ready to make that move.
