Offer: Culver Stockton (MO)

Cole I have said again and again is one of the biggest sleepers I have on my North Dakota 2026 board out of Shiloh Christian in Bismarck and it’s caught the attention of Culver Stockton, an NAIA school in Missouri. Cole is extremely fluid when he gets downhill and that downhill presence looks damaging to me if you get in front of him in the open field especially into the second level. He also is way more durable than he gets credit for on intial contact and I am surprised hasn’t caught the attention of more NAIA or D2 schools locally yet.

Our third and final Bismarck running back that college coaches need to know out of Bismarck is Shiloh Christian’s Cole McClennen Cole McClennen 5'10" | 191 lbs | RB Shiloh Christian | 2026 State ND . One word I would use from the jump to describe Cole from the jump of his tape is hammer and here’s why. The amount of fluidity and steam that Cole runs with on every carry is evident when you watch what he has put together this season. Watch him as a blocker, he’ll knock the socks off his defender and does the same on the defensive side of the ball at defensive back which is an encourgaging fit for position flexibility for Cole if needed at the next level. His edgy change of direction is also undervalued in my eyes and is one that should have offer to his name but somehow doesn’t yet.

Another 2026 running back that has turned a swift corner this summer was Cole McClennen Cole McClennen 5'10" | 191 lbs | RB Shiloh Christian | 2026 State ND out of Shiloh Christian as another one waiting on his first offer. He has one of the twitchest change of direction probably in this group of running backs and that’s certainly not all. It doesn’t take long when you look at his scrimmmage tape from a few weeks ago that Cole has been in the weight room as the 5’10 192 pounder takes off with authority after contact. Where Cole will move the meter this season in my eyes is with his pass-catching ability as one that has grown a ton in that department. The sleepers out of Bismarck in this class at running back is something else.

Cole showed off as a running back that I felt the live eval at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase in Aberdeen did us the justice we wanted to see. Where I thought Cole popped out right away was with how fluid his agile movement was on the several reps I was able to watch, as he ran in testing the fastest pro agility amongst the RB group with a 4.31 showing off and the translation to the live reps was evident in our eval. Cole showed off great open field vision that you can tell the game-speed fires up once he sees his openings around the outside and the edges of the field. The tape shows off one that takes a gang tackle to bring to the turf as Cole in the live eval showed off a RB that has the gritty running ability college coaches are going to want in their backfield at the next-level.
