Clay McClelland Clay McClelland 6'1" | 170 lbs | QB Charlestown | 2024 State IN is a dual-threat quarterback out of Charlestown High School. Clay had an exceptional season last year earning him All-Mid Southern Conference Honors. He threw for 1,769 yards, with a 54.2% completion percentage, 20 TDs, and 12 INTs. Clay was a problem on the ground as well. He carried the ball 166 times for 1,085 yards and 21 TDs. This young man is an absolute weapon for the Charlestown Pirates. Clay is a lefty gunslinger who is not afraid to run right through his opponents. His weapons through the air is his arm strength with great ball placement . His speed, agility, and strength make him an issue in the run game. I am impressed with Clay and excited to see what he brings this summer and next season.
