Weatherford senior and Oklahoma commit CJ Nickson CJ Nickson 6'6" | DL/WR Weatherford | 2025 State OK has been one of the state’s best overall athletes for several years now. In the latest ranking update, we finally moved Nickson to the position he’s most likely to play at the next level and that’s on defense on the line of scrimmage. Don’t overlook his playmaking ability on offense. But Nickson is probably more known around Oklahoma for his abilities on the basketball court. He’s one of the state’s best basketball prospects and has had legitimate D1 offers and helped the Eagles win a lot of games. But following his sophomore season, it became apparent that his ceiling as an overall prospect might be higher on the gridiron. There’s no doubt that he’s one of the best athletes in the state, regardless of class.
