James is a stock riser that I think has the best chance to jump in the next rankings. He is a backer that gets after it and is able to bring a lot of pressure bringing the QB down when his number is called. He is quick to get hands off and makes plays at or behind the line of scrimmage. He has an offer from Fort Lewis but if he is able to build on last season he will be able to turn some heads.
