One of the best MIKE Linebackers in NYC Christian Pilgram was a battering ram for Abraham Lincoln High School. Pilgram was a downhill striker and he has the burst and closing speed that will translate to the next level. He is a violent finisher and is strong and physical at the point of attack taking on blocks. Pilgram also has the body type and look of a linebacker who can play at the next level. Pilgrim has a thick lower half and is able to generate burst and power in his movements. Pilgrim is a violent player who will be able to make plays both on special teams and defensively as he develops.

Christian Pilgrim Christian Pilgrim 5'11" | 225 lbs | LB Lincoln | 2024 State NY is a thick linebacker for Lincoln that although may be a little shorter has the burst and closing speed you want your LB to have. Good strength and power taking on blocks and the ability to finish in space are two of his strongest traits and he figures to be in the discussion in the top group of linebackers and amongst the best in the PSAL.

The hard hitting linebacker showed that his pass coverage skills were some of the best out of the linebacker pool. Pilgrim had some amazing instincts and he made plays on the ball. He has some great footwork which helped him stay glued to many of the running backs that he was guarding. He is becoming one more of the well rounded linebackers in New York City and he had a good showing at the showcase.
