A do-it-all athlete cornerback who plays the ball well in coverage and knows how to tackle, English is an instinctive, quick-reacting defender who shined throughout his sophomore season in 2025. Covering some extremely talented wideouts on a weekly basis, English held his own all season long, making 65 tackles, six TFLs, one sack, two INTs and nine more pass-breakups in coverage. He plays fast, he’s fundamentally sound, and should only improve more and more over the next two years. One of the top returning cornerbacks in the region, English has picked up recent offers from Pitt, Georgia Southern, Kennesaw State, among others.

is coming off a terrific sophomore season where he locked down opposing receivers on a weekly basis. The 2nd-Team All-Region selection made big plays both against the run and against the pass, making 65 tackles with six tackles behind the line of scrimmage. In coverage, English picked off two passes and broke up nine more for the Hornets in 2025. Look for English to have an even better 2026 season as a junior, proving why he’s one of the top cornerbacks in the Roswell/Milton area. He’ll also be an easy addition to the next 2028 Prep Redzone rankings.
