About Christian
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
As a long snapper, I focus on consistency, quick snap speed, and athletic coverage with strong footwork to handle return units effectively. At TE, I'm a physical blocker who seals edges, climbs to the second level to engage linebackers, and creates running lanes while protecting the quarterback. I'm a utility player, I've lined up at DE, ILB, OLB and FB, wherever I am needed.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I'm driven by a relentless work ethic and a team-first mentality. I lead with humility, accountability, and positivity. I'm vocal in uplifting teammates, building trust in the locker room, and staying composed in both wins and losses. I'm always the first to arrive and last to leave, embracing challenges with grit and a commitment to improvement every day.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Beyond football, I've maintained honors status throughout high school through rigorous academic coursework, reflecting my disciplined approach to learning.
I volunteer for school events and help lead our Future Christians of America at our school.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I've developed strong leadership by being a vocal leader on and off the field, holding myself and others accountable while uplifting teammates through work ethic and positivity. Teamwork comes naturally to me as a versatile player who's always ready to fill any role the team needs. My consistent presence (first in, last out) builds trust and camaraderie.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One challenge has been balancing the demands of a rigorous academic honors track with year-round training and multi-position responsibilities on the field. It required exceptional time management, discipline, and mental toughness to maintain my GPA while consistently performing at a high level athletically. Overcoming this has strengthened my work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure.
What type of college are you looking for?
I'm looking for a program that prioritizes relentless work ethic, a team-first culture, and competing for championships. I want a school where I can contribute meaningfully as a long snapper while pursuing a strong education, building on my academic honors background in a supportive environment that values development both on the field and in the classroom.
