A sleeper senior linebacker in South Georgia to keep a close eye on this weekend, Reed is a compact, physical defender who shows fantastic instincts against the run, shooting the gaps in the trenches and chasing down the ball-carrier with ease. He’s also been a consistent pass-rusher, sacking the quarterback an impressive seven times this fall. He plays for a well-coached program that plays hard, and there aren’t many out there who play harder than Reed. In addition to his seven sacks, the playmaking senior has also made 96 tackles and 27 TFLs. Reed and the Trojans will take on Brunswick this weekend in round two.
