Perino is one of the top two-way players across northern California and remains committed to Fresno State which is a very nice get for the Bulldogs. He is going to be a very nice late steal for them and has the size, fluidity and natural ball skillIs/IQ to play on either side of the ball at the next level. He can stretch the field, create seperation over the top and is a physical pass catcher with natural hands and route running abilities. Defensively, he is a highly instinctual player that drops down into the box and closes quickly while playing physical on the perimeter and a excellent open field tackler. Perino exploded this week, going for 140 yards receiving and an absurd 5 touchdowns.
