Chase had one stellar performance at the DFW OBU camp. He showcased a high football IQ at the linebacker position and possesses natural instincts that consistently put him around the football. Chase understands how to maintain proper leverage with his feet and body while covering running backs out of the backfield, tight ends, and slot receivers. One of the most impressive aspects of his game was his eye discipline. Throughout the entire camp, Chase remained patient, trusted his keys, and diagnosed plays quickly without getting out of position. Chase stellar performance made him perfect for the Bison, leading them to extend an offer to join the Bison family.

Chase seem to get better at every camp i’ve seen him in so far. Chase look good from Indy drills, angle pursuit drills and ran pretty well. When working through shuffle and change of directions reps, he showed good hips and reactions. During one on one , he had an INT where he rip the ball of the RB hands.

Chase is a highly productive defensive playmaker who consistently impacts games through effort, instincts, and relentless pursuit of the football. Finishing with 113 total tackles (63 solo), he shows strong consistency as a defender who is always around the action and trusted to clean up plays.

On film, Chase stands out for his ability to find the football and finish tackles in space. He plays with urgency downhill, takes efficient pursuit angles, and consistently shows up in run support. His production reflects a player who stays engaged snap after snap and doesn’t take plays off.

He is especially disruptive behind the line of scrimmage with 22 tackles for loss (3 per game average), showing strong timing and anticipation when triggering into gaps. Whether it’s reading blocking schemes or shooting lanes, he consistently gets into the backfield and creates negative plays.
