Expert Analysis
Matt DeBary | Prep Redzone Scout
Another Middle Georgia back who really shined this fall as a junior, Ross is a bigger, heavier back who can power through defenders and pick up big yards after initial contact. He runs behind his pads, keeps his legs moving, and is great in short-yardage situations. He was incredibly productive this year and showed he’s easily one of the top 2027 running backs in the area. He ran wild this fall for just under 1,500 yards and ran for 15 touchdowns. He’s one of the best tackle-breaking backs in the region bound for an even bigger season in 2026. After a strong regular season, Ross has now been added to the latest update and is now ranked as the No. 32 running back prospect in the state.
