Ceasar Richardson Ceasar Richardson 6'2" | 205 lbs | TE/EDGE Archbishop Carroll | 2028 State PA is an explosive athlete in the 2028 class. As a slot receiver/tight end, he showed excellent ability. He is not your typical slot receiver because he is big (6’2″), but he is dynamic after he catches the ball. He can also be moved all over the field. He played as both a wide receiver and an off-the-ball tight end. At both positions, he was a dynamic blocker and caught the ball as well. Then, as an edge defender, he shone as well. He is explosive and fires off the ball. He creates chaos for opposing offenses with his ability to get off the ball and get into offensive backfields at a high level. Richardson is a twitchy and excellent athlete in the 2028 class.
