2028 TE/OLB prospect Cesar Richardson is one I’m willing to travel to see work in person. Intrigued by his size, multi-sport ability, and early production.

6’2, 205 pounds. Ranked well, eight spots outside the top 100. Plays basketball for Carroll (Wing). Self-reports a 3.94 GPA. Registered 20 tackles, 3 TFLs, and a sack as a freshman at AB Carroll, yet no tape to show/prove anything quite yet. Richardson is relatively unknown at the moment. I expect him to be the type of athlete who moves well enough to garner a high TE ranking, yet I’m guessing at the moment. Liked some of his off-season clips posted on X. He might be a two-way player Carroll coaches rely on heavily this coming Fall.
