Cashawn Thompson Cashawn Thompson 6'2" | ATH Seminole | 2027 State OK is a 2027 prospect that has been on our radar for a while now. He was a two-way standout with Tecumseh that past several seasons. This offseason, he’s moved over to Seminole and it will be interesting to see how the Chieftains use his skillset. On offense, Thompson is your prototypical outside wide receiver that is a match-up nightmare in a one on one situation. He can beat defenses over the top and also help out the run game as a physical blocker that finishes every play. Defensively, he can be moved around in the secondary and play a few different spots. He’s been incredibly productive on both sides of the ball. Seminole is coming into this season having to replace a lot of their production and Thompson should be an instant impact player.

The 2027 prospect is a transfer from Tecumseh whom coach Snyder believes will play at the next level. Prep Redzone’s Tony Daniels liked the athleticism of Thompson on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. At wide receiver, he is a playmaker who is able to create separation and get open versus defensive backs. As a defender, the 6-3, 180 pound defensive back is a reliable tackler who could play either cornerback or safety.
