Cantrell wins with quickness and foot speed. He’s light on his feet and moves well laterally, allowing him to mirror speed rushers and cut off inside counters. His kick slide is smooth and controlled, and he rarely opens the gate too early. What separates him is his ability to redirect — when defenders attempt secondary moves, he stays composed and repositions without losing balance. In space, he’s effective climbing to the second level and adjusting to moving targets.
