About Cameron

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Downhill physical LB/Safety with plenty of speed to cover slot wideouts.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm an outgoing team player who loves spending time with my teammates such as team film session and post game meals. I love to be outdoors hunting and fishing and spending time with my family.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I've coached my 4th and 5th grade brother's football team for the last two years with the Mahtomedi First Down Foundation. I've helped coach 8th and 9th graders for Take the Field Baseball. I am on the honor roll for school and have been since the 6th grade.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I developed my leadership and teamwork through volunteering to serve meals at the local VFW.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I broke my hand in football last year and played the entire season. Just mentally blocking and playing through the pain taught me a lot about myself.

What type of college are you looking for?

Ultimately I am looking for a college where I can be a contributor on the football team but also just importantly, set me on a course for a great future afterwards with my degree.
