Camden is a very strong linebacker, who can play the defensive line effectively which is a major asset. Camden does an excellent job of playing against the run – he can take on and shed blocks well. Camden is a very good tackler and is a physical player. Camden has earned offers from Winston-Salem State and Charleston University. Camden helped lead the Patriots to the 2nd round of the playoffs this season and an excellent regular season overall.

Cam had an excellent game with 10 Tackles, 2 Tackles for loss, and a sack – the sack probably being the biggest play of the game. On 3rd and 8 and down 34-27 late in the 4th quarter, Cam was able to penetrate in the backfield and stop what looked like was going to be a pass from the Wildcat formation. The play ended up being a 10-yard loss, leading to a muffed field goal attempt and a game-sealing TD run right after that. Here is a clip of that play from Cam himself:

With 85 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, and six sacks last season – Camden was an extremely productive player last season for the Patriots. Camden showed off his positional versatility as well for the Patriots last season, playing defensive tackle for stretches and showing excellent strength in that position. Camden is abie to shed blocks well in the interior running game and make tackles with excellent overall technique. From a recruiting perspective, Camden has received offers from Charleston and Winston-Salem State
