The tallest Georgia 2028 prospect in this write up is none other than 6-foot-6, 240-pound defensive lineman

. Williams’ 6-foot-6 height is verified, legitimate and terrifying, which makes him an obvious choice as the “get off the bus first guy”. While he is the tallest in this write up, he’s also the prospect that I’d bill as the biggest project. His size is undeniable at this point and he has a bit of a mean streak when he rumbles in the trenches, but he’s a very raw player. As most can imagine, being so tall and long at this age, doesn’t typically translate to being the most agile. He has work to do in terms of speed and agility, in addition to developing a set of moves to beat offensive tackle’s with. However, he’s in a phenomenal state for development and if he wants it bad enough and stays on the field, he’ll be able to create a future for himself playing football after high school.

– Williams Jr. was a prospect I was excited to see play live for the first time. For, if no other reason, just to see what 6-foot-6 and 240 pounds looked liked on a 2028 prospect
– A long defensive end with considerable thickness given how tall he is, he’s the type of player you send off the bus first because of his sheer size
– In the championship game against Florida, was lined up across from 6-foot-4 Florida tight end Franky Arcaro and watching the pair bang against each other was a treat. Nearly 13 feet of 7th grade prospects going at it resulted in both guys needing to take a play to calm down per the refs
– Was more athletic than I thought he would be, but still has a way to go in terms of putting it all together. Has some raw skills and an obvious body to work with, but needs to become more fluid and coordinated. Bottom line, there’s a ton of potential to work with here

is one you could not miss at the camp. Standing a legitimate 6-6, Williams has the frame to become one of the most coveted recruits in the country, come high school. He has a slender but solid frame and moves well for a young kid his size. His reach, size and athletic ability make him a sure-fire elite recruit in a few years as an offensive tackle.

is quite literally a big defensive end that fans of high school and college football in Georgia need to know about in this class of 2027. The Peach State product stands at a whopping 6’6 and weighs 232 pounds with a ton of length and a very high ceiling. Calvin is a force off the end, who produces big plays at a high clip. Calvin has a strong burst off the ball, which creates almost immediate pressure in the backfield with his size. Calvin can also cover a ton of ground when he is on the run with his stride. Williams has shown the ability to chase down scrambling quarterback’s and force a bad throw with pressure. Calvin already has the size to land at a big-time school down the road and appears to be taking steps to get there. Like most big men early, he needs to continue to work on speed and overall quickness. If he can build muscle on his impressive frame, add some speed and quickness, he could turn into the most dominant force in the defensive trenches in the class of 2027.
