The ultimate ball hawk on Long Island. He led Suffolk County in interceptions last year and he was a true playmaking safety for William Floyd. He has a ton of speed and is able to cover ground very fast to make plays. Look out for the Colonials product, to be up for the award of top defensive back and top kicker at the end of the season.

Lesiewicz moved with a sense of purpose and urgency during the specialists showcase portion of camp, making sure to get as many kicks in as possible in hopes to open some coach’s eyes. Lesiewicz’s mechanics seemed rock-solid as his movements did not deviate from one kick to the next. I noted that Lesiewicz hit with room to spare from what would have been a 45-yard field goal.

Once their graduation year comes around I think it is the time we can throw kickers into these rankings based on their college projection. Sidenote on Lesiewicz is that he is no just a kicker, he would have likely been somewhere in the 150-180 range if he was listed as an ATH or DB in which he is consistently a top performer. As a kicker, Lesiewicz is a 5-star Kohls kicker and ranked #19 as a kicker in the country. Likely will end up at a P5 or G5 school as a kicker.

Caden Lesiewicz Caden Lesiewicz 6'0" | 175 lbs | K William Floyd | 2024 State NY is not only the highest ranked Kohls kicker in New York but he ranks #19 nationally and has one of the most accurate legs in New York and was a 1st Team All-State selection this past season. Lesiewicz did not have a ton of opportunities to kick field goals in games but he had 37 Touchbacks, 43 PATs, and 3 FGs this past fall.

He had to be one of the most impactful players on the island. Lesiewicz had a total of 9 interceptions in just 10 games. He was incredible at reading the QB’s eyes and having the speed to cover enough ground and come away with an interception. The junior playmaker also was a reliable running back. Floyd is a team that loves to pound the rock and Lesiewicz fits in perfectly making plays for this smash mouth styled offense. One of the biggest parts of his game though as a prospect, is kicking. He wasn’t needed for field goals often, but he made his presence felt with constantly kicking touchbacks every game.
