A quick, instinctive linebacker with a nose for the football, Taylor was a tackling machine this fall for Troup and was one of the leading defenders in the region. He plays hard, wraps up properly, and was an easy addition to the latest rankings after a really strong 2025 season. The 5-foot-10 210-pound Troup Tiger made an eye-opening 101 tackles, 10 TFLs, two sacks, six QB hurries, and one fumble recovery in nine games. He made at least 10+ tackles in six games this year and certainly had a year to remember. He’s now ranked as the No. 75 overall linebacker in the state for the 2026 class.
