Interviewed this young man a couple of months ago when he was finishing up with Centreville. Since then his family and him made the decision to transfer to John Champe, another big shakeup in the commonwealth. It was good to see him do his thing and being in a pass friendly offense will be a nice opportunity for this kid to receive more attention. This dude will turn heads come fall and with guys like Greg Spiller to target, you know he will adjust just fine.

 Carl Frederick: Give us an update on how your offseason has been going.  Bryan Resto Bryan Resto 5'11" | 180 lbs | QB Centreville | 2024 State VA : Off-season has been great, right now I’m working out every day, I’m with my speed trainer 2-3 times a week and with my Qb coach as well, just trying to get Bigger faster stronger for a big season coming up.

Carl Frederick: Being one of the top ranked players in the state, when did you know you had a special talent to play quarterback? BR: I am Grateful to be one of the top ranked players in the state, all I do is work hard work ethic is a big trait for me. I’ve always played quarterback, but it was the 4th grade where I truly found my love in it and started going to my Qb coach.

CF: You were recently invited to compete in the Elite 11, what can you tell us about the event? BR: I’m honored to have been chosen to compete in the Elite 11 this year. This event brings together the nation’s top quarterbacks giving us the opportunity to improve our skills in a highly competitive.

 CF: Do you have a top 5 or any school that you are really interested in playing for next year? BR: I currently have no offers; I’ve been talking to a couple schools but if I would pick, I school I really want to play at it would be Miami U or Florida state

CF: Give us a fun fact that our audience may not know about Bryan Resto Bryan Resto 5'11" | 180 lbs | QB Centreville | 2024 State VA ? BR: An interesting fact about me is I started playing golf and I feel like I’m pretty good at it.

The first team all-region and all conference quarterback returns for the 2023 season, looking to top his all-ready record setting numbers. Throwing for 30 touchdowns last season, Resto is a shifty qb who can throw the deep ball. He has also been clocked in at 4.6 40 and throwing on the run is one of his strengths.
