Expert Analysis
Alin Edouard | Prep Redzone Scout
Brooks has been putting in real work this offseason, and it’s showing through his participation at both the Elite 11 circuit and a Next Gen style camp. Getting those reps against higher slevel competition is helping speed up his overall development at the quarterback position.
At already 6’3, he brings ideal early size for the position, which gives him a strong foundation to build on as he continues to develop physically. That frame allows him to see the field well and operate comfortably from the pocket.
Mechanically, he’s starting to show more confidence in his throwing motion, with a smoother release and improved rhythm when syncing his feet and upper body. The ball comes out cleaner, and he’s becoming more consistent in timing-based situations.
