(6’5) may have been the top overall talent on the field, and he showed it in multiple phases.
Chambers ignited the game with a kickoff return touchdown and followed it up with 4 receptions for 103 yards and a score, impacting the game both as a playmaker and a matchup nightmare.
With his elite size, long speed, and ball skills, Chambers consistently stressed the defense and flipped momentum. A true difference-maker whose ceiling is as high as anyone on the field.

delivered Kinston’s first spark of the night. With the game still scoreless in the second quarter, the 6’5 matchup nightmare went up and snatched a 30+ yard jump-ball post, finally loosening up the James Kenan defense. Chambers finished with 6 catches for 68 yards, providing steady production and a reliable big-body target that kept the offense moving.

Chambers transferred to Kinston in the offseason, and while his overall numbers aren’t the same as when he was the clear No. 1 offensive option, he’s playing his complementary role well. He has a massive frame that can win jump balls, and speed to get down the field. The Marshall commit is becoming more refined as a route-runner, which should help him at the next level.

To be honest, I thought I was higher on Chambers than most, then Marshall jumped in with an offer and it makes it look like we’ve underrated him. An elite deep ball merchant when he was at Red Springs, Chambers dominated on pure athleticism. As one-half of 3A’s best receiver duo, Chambers will have opportunities in 2025. I want to see some diversity in his route tree, because he’ll only be able to outrun and outjump most FBS corners. As he takes steps to become a more complete playmaker, he’ll move up the rankings.

22. Brennan Chambers
One of the many physical freaks deployed by Team Copper. A young man who stood tall in the Copper huddle. Brennan Chambers, 6’4, 3.7 GPA, ranked inside the Top 200 among North Carolina juniors. Chambers represented Spring Creek HS. A basketball player too.
Chambers was yet another long-limbed easy-striding wideout for Samari Cabell to throw to. Was a pleasure to watch him glide past DBs on crossing routes. The junior pass-catcher served as a 7-foot window for QBs to throw into, with Chambers consistently coming down with throws that were a substantial distance above his head. Chambers has the catch radius and hand-eye coordination necessary to make bad/inaccurate throws look like good ones. Solid body control for a kid his size, I witnessed Chambers come down with awkward catches near the back of the end zone on more than one occasion. Again, had Copper gone deeper into Day Two, I would make a case for Top 15 love. Happy I got to watch him ball.
Had my first taste of 7v7 this weekend in MD for the @PrepRedzone tourney! I loved the intensity and atmosphere! Team Copper went 4-1! The first thing that gets your attention about Brennan obviously is his size at 6’5. But then when you turn on the tape, you get excited about what you see. Yes, with his height Brennan excels at high-pointing the football as you would expect, but what you DON’T expect is how smooth and quick he is as a player. Brennan does well in the quick screen game, with the ability to get north/south quickly and simply run through smaller defenders in space. Brennan is also a basketball player, so that is a plus to his athleticism and agility. Brennan just received his first offer from Marshall this week, so he is a bit under the radar for now, but he has had interest before this offer came also.

While Spring Creek has struggled this season, Chambers was truly unstoppable in the non-conference. He leads the state in receiving thanks to three-straight 240-yard receiving games. He has 12 touchdowns and Spring Creek is working on new ways to get him the ball as defenses are doing everything they can to key on Chambers.
