Marvin Ridge QB Braydon Rediger Braydon Rediger 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Marvin Ridge | 2025 State NC delivered the aforementioned TD pass to Sadat Grant Sadat Grant 6'0" | 175 lbs | WR Independence | 2025 State NC in the 4th quarter to tie the game up at 14. On the pass, Braydon put the ball in a beautiful position for Sadat go up and make a nice catch. In a platoon situation at the QB position, Braydon threw for 61 yards, rushed for 5 yards, and had the TD pass. Braydon has nice size and a strong arm, and should be an asset for a program on the next level.

In Braydon’s first full season as a starting quarterback for the Mavericks, he has had some strong moments & helped the Mavericks compete in one of the toughest conferences in the state of North Carolina. He has a strong arm and can make big throws all over the football field. Braydon has a future at the college level in my honest opinion. Braydon had some limited options at receiver this season, however, he made the most of the players around him and distributed the football well.

I personally saw Braydon at a showcase late this spring and I thought he was impressive overall. Braydon shows excellent mechanics and footwork and he has a good arm to deliver the football on time consistently. He is stepping into some big shoes to fill, but he has shown things on film in flashes that give confidence that he should have a good senior year leading this Mavericks program.
