I am a very competitive person on and off the field. I am self-motivated and have no quit in me.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I was in the Young Marines and have been an umpire for youth little league in my hometown for several years.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Being a senior starter on my team, I naturally stepped up as a leader for my team helping them stay focused on our goals to keep them motivated and driven on the field and in the classroom.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had a meniscus surgery over the summer coming into my senior season. I had to work every day to regain my speed and agility and strengthen my legs to support my knee in order for me to be able to continue to do what I love - play football.
