We thought that wide receiver Brayden Hardwick Brayden Hardwick 5'10" | 150 lbs | WR Pocola | 2026 State OK could have a solid junior season but we certainly didn’t anticipate him having the year he had. Hardwick would lead the Indians in receiving, finishing with a little over 100 receptions and nearly 1,800 yards and 14 touchdowns. The production was good enough to put Hardwick on the All State 2nd Team for the 2024 season and now he’s hungry for more. He basically doubled his production from his sophomore season and now comes into the 2025 season as one of the top producers at the wide receiver position. His best game saw him catch 20 passes for 322 yards and a touchdown against eventual champion Rejoice Christian.

Oklahoma had some really good wide receivers stand out during the 2024 season but Pocola wide receiver Brayden Hardwick Brayden Hardwick 5'10" | 150 lbs | WR Pocola | 2026 State OK is one near the top of the list. Hardwick put up monster numbers throughout the 2024 season and we were definitely impressed. Hardwick was one of Pocola’s playmakers that was on our radar prior to the 2024 season but we certainly didn’t think he was capable of leading the state in receiving and having some of the games that we ended up seeing from him. And the thing that really impresses us the most when you go back and look at his production, some of his best performances came against the toughest teams on the schedule.

Junior standout Brayden Hardwick Brayden Hardwick 5'10" | 150 lbs | WR Pocola | 2026 State OK could end up being the X-Factor for this year’s Pocola squad. Last season, Hardwick had a massive impact from the wide receiver position as well as in the secondary on defense. On offense, Hardwick had over 850 yards receiving to go along with ten touchdowns. On defense, he also added five interceptions as he turned into an absolute ball hawk on the Pocola defense. This season, don’t be surprised if he ends up adding some responsibilities on the offensive side of the ball. Hardwick could end up playing a little quarterback because of his dynamic playmaking ability. Wherever he plays, he has a knack for making big plays.
