About Braden
Expert Analysis
Mark Johnson | Prep Redzone Scout
Braden is an interesting recruit to watch. While he doesn’t have typical size for the position, Braden has found ways to be effective, and productive at the HS level. He brings a dual threat to the field that can hurt a defense when he gets past the line of scrimmage, or he can use it to move in the pocket or outside it while keeping his eyes downfield. His passing attack relies on touch and accuracy while still being able to drop the ball in deep downfield. The senior does a consistently good job of moving his eyes and his feet together, that way he is ready to get the ball out quick as he finds the open man as he goes through his progressions.

Tischer is returning for his second season as the starter at quarterback for Lincoln-Way East. The 5’11, 170 dual threat signal caller is ready to lead the Griffins back to a state title. A year ago, Tischer accounted for nearly 2,700 total yards and 25 total touchdowns. In the pass game, Tischer threw for 24 TD’s and 2,192 yards with a 68% completion percentage. He possesses a strong arm that can pushes the ball down the field vertically. Tischer has phenomenal accuracy on deep balls, intermediate throws, and when throwing on the run. Speaking of the run, Tischer is pretty good at that too, showcasing his quickness in the open field and plus speed. He will make an impact in both the run and pass game on Saturday, as that should be a theme throughout the season.

Mr. Tischer has been a man on a mission this season making his mark as a dual threat QB. His arm talent and foot quicks have been nothing short of impressive this entire season. Going up against a stout Loyola Academy defense he had his hands full as he was able to finish the night 11/21 for 81 passing yards and 19 carries for 59 rushing yards. There’s no doubt that he made his mark as being one of the top dual threat QBs we have in the state, be sure to see a rise in his ranking and college coaches starting to take notice.

Mr. Tischer is here to make his mark as a dual-threat quarterback this fall season. He took the RPO himself for a 58-yard TD as he outran 2nd level defenders. This young man also does a good job adding touch on the ball lofting the ball over the defender’s head for the completion. What’s impressive is his ability to stand strong in the pocket getting the ball off right as a defender is in his face for the completion downfield. This was seen when he was making level 1, level 2, and level 3 throws to keep the chains moving. Currently holds no offers. Twitter
