Braden had another great season to wrap up his high school career. This unique prospect has the potential to be a star at the next level. He can take sweeps, he can beat man coverage, he can find soft spots in the zone. Whatever you need, Braden has it in his bag! In the state title game, he was a great mismatch maker and served as a phenomenal changeup to his teammate Xavier Luea Xavier Luea 6'2" | 187 lbs | WR Lansing Catholic | 2025 State MI to help the LC passing attack. He has D2 written all over him and I will be looking forward to seeing who scoops him up. They’ll be getting a hidden gem in my opinion!

Braden showed pretty early just how versatile he is. Both offensively and defensively he showed some special traits.
- Able to take sweeps and handoffs and show off great acceleration
- Runs good routes, has very good change of direction and doesn’t tip off his route too early
- High points the football with a solid vertical

If Lansing Catholic stands a chance against Lumen, Braden is going to have to have an incredible performance.
I’ve seen it in the offseason- Braden can be a phenomenal slot receiver and a good DB. Offensively, Braden runs phenomenal routes and can earn separation against just about any Division 6 DB.
Defensively, Braden needs to be aggressive, and he needs to tackle well. I’m very excited to see what Braden does against what is perhaps the best team he’s played in his career.

Braden is a unique addition to this list. The reason he’s unique is that he’s the only uncommitted prospect!
So far, Braden has earned offers from Davenport and Valpo. Though, considering his ranking, I believe he deserves several more (D2) offers.
I know that the slot wide receiver market is an incredibly saturated one, but I believe Braden has the traits necessary to develop into a college star. For one, I’ve seen Braden’s competitiveness shine through on several occasions. Without a fierce competitive spirit, it can be extremely difficult to develop at the next level. Secondly, Braden has some of the best footwork and route-running I’ve seen from a slot receiver. You won’t see it a ton on tape, but I’ve seen first-hand how Braden can use his lower and upper body to fake out defenders and get himself open. He also has very reliable hands in addition to good open-field abilities. My hope is that Braden will be able to have a standout senior season, resulting in a lot more college attention.

I’ve covered Braden extensively on this site, but I absolutely could not leave him out of this article. I strongly believe that Braden is one of the best slot receivers in the state. Every time I’ve seen Braden in person, he’s dominated the competition.
His biggest strengths are his detailed routes, change of direction, and acceleration. If he’s running a post, Braden may stutter-step and head-fake before exploding into his post. If he’s running a slant, Braden knows how to earn separation early and he wins leverage with his explosiveness and fast feet. The Wide Receiver market is extremely saturated, and it’s difficult to separate the real from the fake in this giant receiver class, but I promise, no GLIAC team will regret recruiting Braden. That said, I believe that the only thing holding Braden back from D1 offers is that he doesn’t have elite speed (though his speed is great).

I could easily see Braden receiving several D2+ offers this offseason. Whether he’s taking reps at DB or WR, Braden is a sneaky-good athlete who I feel is underrated right now. He’s currently in the midst of a few MAC visits, and I do feel he has that type of long-term upside. I really like the attention to detail on his routes, twitchy movement, and lightning-fast feet. I’d love to see him at some of these D2 prospect camps this summer.
