Bosten has always had the talent; he was just stuck being in the same class as an elite signal caller. This summer, he transferred to Westlake and has put forth tape that backs up his talent. He is a good processor, has a quick delivery, and can make off-platform throws. He shows good ball placement. He has good pocket navigation and overall mobility. He will bide additional time for his receivers to make a play, and he can take off and pick up chunk yards. He’s a player who has the talent to play on Saturdays.

Bosten has made the most out of his final year and has put together good tape. He processes defenses quickly, gets to his second read, will take deep shots, and has a good delivery. His ball placement is good, and he leads his receivers open. He throws a good deep ball and is a player who has all the tools necessary to suit up on Saturdays.

Bosten transferring in and becoming what Westlake has needed for the past couple of years will be one of the most beneficial transfers in recent times. He’s waited for his turn and is now showcasing his talents that will result in getting multiple late offers. He has a good processing rate, will manipulate safeties, and has good arm talent. He’ll dot the ball all over the field and does a good job of leading his receivers open and keeping the ball out of danger. He’ll find his way onto a program and play on Saturdays.

Fountaine ended up as our 67th-ranked prospect and the QB10 in our final offseason rankings, and he’s showing why we had such an elevated opinion of him. He gets to his second read with ease, isn’t afraid to stress the defense with deep passes and dotting the ball all over the field, and he has taken command of the offense and elevated the players around him. He threw for over 475 yards and had five touchdowns. He’s making the most out of his final season and should get some looks regionally in recruiting.

Fountaine lands at a perfect spot for him to showcase his talent for a year and put together some varsity film. He’s got good arm talent, places the ball well for his receivers, keeps it out of danger, and he’s able to stretch the field with his arm. Westlake will rely on him if they plan on making a deep push into postseason play.

During the 7’s event, Fountaine debuted for Westlake, and he showed off his impressive arm talent. Fountaine throws a good deep ball and has good velocity. He’ll get a full year of tape and he should be looked at regionally in recruiting. The arm talent is there, the processing is there, and now he’ll have a full year of tape. He’ll be a late riser now that he has a clear pathway of playing time.
