Boden had a great Sophomore season in 2024. His great play helped the Wadsworth Grizzlies to an 11-win season where they held opposing offenses to 19.5 points per game and advance to the 3rd round of the playoffs. He lines up at OLB. Against the run, he quickly reads run/pass and uses his very good quickness to penetrate the LOS. He plays with good leverage and explosiveness as he makes the tackle behind the LOS for a TFL. Against the pass, he plays with an excellent motor in pursuit before finishing up with a sack.

Ballinger is an interesting prospect/story out of Wadsworth, Ohio. Hailing just 45 minutes from Cleveland and the chilly banks of Lake Erie, Ballinger is a 6-foot, 185-pound Linebacker/Running Back who is putting the finishing touches on a tremendous eighth-grade season and is also a deaf athlete. A two-way star for the Grizzlies, Ballinger rushed for (unofficially) 1,400 yards on 68 carries in seven games this season. While his offensive output is impressive, I think his future is at Linebacker, and defensively he had 75 tackles and two interceptions. In total he amassed 20 touchdowns on the year. Ballinger is also an accomplished wrestler with a high school-ready build right now. He plays instinctively and physically–two traits coaches love Linebackers to have.
