A highly-touted DL coming out of one of the richest high school football recruiting grounds in the U.S., Wadsworth’s Anderson Tetzel showed that signature Ohio toughness and juice during 1v1 pass rushing reps impressively. With verified size from the interior and the DL, Tetzel was twitched up and knew how to use it, catapulting himself to a ton of 1v1 wins. The active, effective hand usage, ability to unlock his hips, and patience, as well as consistent ability to execute his pass rush moves and counters, helped him beat OL in a lot of different ways throughout 1v1s, and he added some highlight-tape-worthy reps for good measure. Tetzel had so much power at first contact, especially when he lined and timed things up right, that he was creating real-deal whiplash on offensive linemen off all sizes, and he was so strong and followed it up so well that he planted a few OGs flat on their butts for good measure. Power, physicality, quickness, technique combination was firmly in the spotlight up in Fargo.
