Blake Penner Blake Penner 6'3" | 170 lbs | QB Dakota Collegiate | 2024 State CAD out of Dakota Collegiate was one of the most consistent Quarterback prospects in Canada and was dominant this fall. Penner shows some impressive arm talent on film consistently making deep throws with a ton of air under them with impressive touch and accuracy. Penner pushes the ball down the field just as much if not more than most quarterbacks in Canada. He shows good patience in the pocket and often puts balls in locations where only the receiver can get them. Penner has some athleticism to his game where he shows mobility outside of the pocket and the ability to get upfield as a runner when he is forced to leave the pocket.
