Beckham has great size for the position and is light on his feet. He did well with the positional drills and, during the throwing sessions, created good separation and showed soft hands. He’s a physical runner who made a good showing and was one of the better running backs on the night.

Allred was the most impressive looking back at the event from what I saw. He’s a big kid whose size could translate to the next level. His 6’0″ and 200ish pound frame isn’t just for show, he is a strong runner. You can tell he is in the gym almost every day and that’s a huge part of the process that some people just don’t have the work ethic to do. Despite looking like a power back, he was one of the faster and more explosive backs as well.

Beckham has good size and possesses good traits. He has good vision and is a running back who shows good contact balance and sustains his run and survives initial contact. He has good lateral quickness and is a runner who will make defenders miss and can finish off his runs. He’s been a player who has done well with his touches and has the frame to be a bell cow back. He’s shown the ability to work in the receiving game.
