Bailey comes in at #326 in the rankings as a very high-upside prospect. Bailey’s self-reported 6’4″ 280lb size makes him an immediately intriguing prospect. As for his tape, Bailey is a very physical lineman. When he gets the jump on a defender, he’s able to give a great pop and deliver pancakes. In terms of footwork, he needs some work. During pass sets, Bailey has the right idea with his kickstep but overall looks out of control and off-balance. In addition, I’d like to see him be a little more agile and he needs to always have his hands up. Still, he has a few good reps against decent defensive linemen, and once he’s got his hands firmly on someone, the block is won. It’s difficult to fully evaluate based on the tape, but his current film makes me think he could be a D3 target.
